line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: normal; font-size: 16px;">我省在志愿填报时专设一个志愿栏，符合条件的入选考生，须在规定时间登录省教育考试院高考志愿填报系统填报高校专项计划志愿。如在规定时间内，考生未填报高校专项计划志愿，即视为放弃高校专项计划招生资格。省教育考试院在本科提前批次录取后、本科批次投档前，将考生档案投给相关高校，由高校择优录取。</span></section></section></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #007aaa; font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: normal;">（一）严格报考资格审核</span></strong></span></section></section></section><section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: normal; font-size: 16px;">各地要健全教育、公安、农业农村等多部门联合审核工作机制，强化部门协作和信息共享，细化本地区考生户籍、学籍信息审核办法。要根据本地推进城镇化和户籍制度改革情况，参考国家统计局发布的城乡区域划分有关标准，科学合理确定本地农村地区的范围，并依托公安户籍系统和中小学生学籍系统等，对考生的报考条件进行审核。要严格执行专项计划报考条件、资格审核程序和工作流程，确保考生报考信息、纸质档案、中小学生学籍系统信息一致，严防报考资格弄虚作假。对于报考资格存疑的考生，要认真组织资格复核，坚决取消不符合户籍、学籍要求的考生资格。往年被专项计划录取后放弃入学资格或退学的考生，不再具有专项计划报考资格。</span></section></section></section><section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #007aaa; font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: normal;">（二）强化信息公开公示</span></strong></span></section></section></section><section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: normal; font-size: 16px;">各地要严格执行招生信息“十公开”要求，建立和完善分级负责、规范有效的信息公开机制，加大信息公开力度，广泛接受社会监督。要及时将专项计划资格审核通过考生的姓名、性别、学籍学校、实际就读学校、本人及父亲或母亲或法定监护人户籍地信息等分别在设区市、县（市、区）招生考试机构网站、中学网站和班级公示，公示时间不得少于10个工作日。各地要依据有关规定，进一步完善信访工作机制，及时稳妥处置各类信访问题。</span></section></section></section><section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="color: #007aaa; font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: normal;">（三）加大违规查处力度</span></strong></span></section></section></section><section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><section style="line-height: 2em; margin-top: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: normal; font-size: 16px;">各地要进一步完善考生资格审核工作责任制和责任追究制，严肃工作纪律，加强监督检查。对在专项计划招生中出现的弄虚作假、暗箱操作、徇私舞弊等违规违纪行为，发现一起，查处一起。对伪造、变造、篡改、假冒户籍学籍等信息或以其他方式骗取专项计划报考资格的考生，以及存在违规行为的学校、单位和个人，严格按照相关规定严肃处理，并追究相关人员责任。涉嫌犯罪的，移送司法机关追究刑事责任。对于提供虚假个人信息或申请材料的考生，认定为在国家教育考试中作弊，取消其专项计划报考和录取资格，同时取消其当年高考报名、考试和录取资格，并视情节轻重给予暂停参加各类国家教育考试1-3年的处理。对于违规违纪的公职人员，要依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》《行政机关公务员处分条例》《事业单位工作人员处分规定》等相关规定严肃处理。对直接责任人和负有领导责任的人员，要依纪依规严肃追责问责。</span></section></section></section><section><section style="text-indent: 2em;
